The launch of the fax2mail service
We have the pleasure to communicate the launch of the “fax2mail” service, the first integrated free electronic fax service for romanian users. Net-Connect offers this facility to all those interested in obtaining a personal fax number and receiving faxes, sent to this number, electronically in their email inbox.
Why do we launch this service ?
Fax communications are one of the few ways of communicating for business that are not sent and received electronically. So, on the foreign market, the electronic comunications providers are developing new integrated fax services, that are better suited to today's needs.
Documents on paper are the key for all businesses, for personal or prefessional use: forms that have to be filled (assurance, credits, tax declarations etc.), legal documents that have to be signed (contracts, memos, notices), memos to different parteners (providers, clients, media etc). So, fax is the preferred method for sending these documents: it's a globally accepted standard, it's faster and cheaper than mail, and it's accepted legally. Fax is a “must have” for any business and its costs are included in budget plans. What's missing is that everyone wishes it was more like an email service.

What is fax2mail and how it works ?
Fax2mail is an electronic fax service. To use this service, the users will have to access www.fax2mail.ro and follow the registration steps. Tje user will chose the desired prefix for the fax number the service will allocate and will introduce the email address where faxes will be received. After registration confirmation, the service becomes active and the user will have a personal fax number, that he'll be able to reveal to all those who intend to send him faxes.
What are the benefits of fax2mail ?
The integrated electronic fax services reprezent the future of fax communication. So through fax2mail, communication by fax becomes digital (the simplest way to store faxes on a PC), private (documents reach your personal email), protable (documents may be accessed anywhere there is email), scalable (the service can be provided anywhere instantly), economic (the service is free) and convenient (it does not require a contract with a telephony provider or fax equipment and special settings).
